Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

I can't load into the new world that comes with the Enchanted by Nature pack. When I try, it's just a blank white screen. All the other worlds load just fine, and I was able to use the CAS items for the new pack. I deleted all mods, and cc, and even my entire Sims 4 folder. It still did not work. When I try to repair the game, it tells me I do not own the game when I do. I bought it from the EA app. It says "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted. We've paused this download because you do not own this title. You can cancel the download, keep it paused, or visit the GameHub for more options." Help! I want to play so bad!
