I have 3 game packs in the sims 4 that are greyed out and say Available on Windows. I have only played sims on Mac devices. I have talked to chat help 4 times and they have confirmed I own the packs but were unable to help me get the game packs loaded. the missing packs are Fashion Street Kit, Jungle Adventure, and Luxury Party Stuff. The Help Chat agent asked me to report the bug.
