Every time I play an actor the hair and make-up chair doesn't change my sim's appeance at all. The hair and make-up stays default, but the gig can be played as usual.

Using the salon chair, hair and makeup will now change properly when a Sim's skin tone has also been changed.
Fixed in Patch 1.124.54/2.33
