[GF] Actor: Hair not getting done/ Task not ticking off

Hello, So as soon as I start getting the hair and makeup done, it does the makeup, then it decides to bug for a second then stop every action, stands on her phone and I can either keep interacting with her sometimes, but it still doesn't finish the action, or sometimes I can't even cancel out the action. I have attached a video of what is happening, hope you can access it. Like I said previously i have tried to change skin tone and hair and didn't change anything.

When the actor is in the chair makeup gets done but soon as makeup is done the artist stands in front of my sim in the chair and won’t move and will not start or finish doing my sims hair. After debugging the chair, my sim, the artist sim nothing works. I have tried changing skin tone mine was set to “Tanned” but I removed that and no change. 

Hi there! Hair and Makeup bugged. Can not complete. Can not get gold in the acting event without completing "Get into Hair and Makeup". Seems like this was an issue 10 days ago. I wish there was one more step you could do so you could get gold if that is not working. 

Has there been any update to fix this issue? I have been waiting to play my game until it’s fixed and I scrolled to the bottom of this thread and 2 days ago people are still reporting the same problem I had. Do you have any estimates on an update?
