New vanilla save.
Non celebrity Sim nominated for a Starlight Accolade was unable to enter awards venue (Studio PBP). In the past there was an interaction on the Bouncer for a nominee to be allowed in. (But no Bouncer).
I wasn't sure if this needed a separate report from the No Bouncer or not.
