I just realized as I got another name for my list that the npcs are probably different in everyone's games. Though I would imagine everyone has the "karaoke crowd" townies in their game regardless. So the best way for someone to recreate this issue would be to search for my name in the gallery and download the Planet Honeypop VIP Room renovation that I had made available. The quickest way to test would be on a day that the karaoke competitions are happening as many, or most of that karaoke crowd will show up and if someone is using the machine downstairs, they will just bypass the the VIP door and use the karaoke machine upstairs.
