Gnomes are still jumping around and breathing..... I thought it was fixed?

As mentioned above, the gnomes moving around was supposed to have been fixed in Tuesday's update since this feature is supposed to be tied to the Fairy pack, which I don't own. I just got to work with my Grimtern and the gnome is moving where it stands. Only mod I have, aside from CAS cc, is MCCC.
