Gnomes Glitch-Dancing/ Jumping around

I'm having the same issue.  I only have mccc but I did disable it, verified my files and am still having the same problem.  When I first put the gnome on the lot and it started moving, my sim even walked over to it and kept looking at it.  I attached a video.  In the video, I'm in build mode, my sim keeps looking gnome, while in build mode.  I was unable to delete the gnome(at first it made the delete noise, but then said nothing to delete), move it to the household inventory, move it to my sims inventory, and wasn't able to take the element off.  I went to save and close my game, and it froze, so I had to stop the game through task manager.  When I went back in, the 3 hours I played was gone.
