I experience Grim bug when I turn lvl10 Mixology and prepare drink with death flower. When Cow plant eat a sim than grim apper and going to drink coctail. He will drink and than resurect body from Cow plant. But when I do it again and sim is eaten by cowplant than grim appear and dont move. He is waiting unlimited time for me to make him a drink than he starts moving(I also had this drink stored in fridge). I tested it for 2 sim days he dont move and sim in cowplant dont drain any needs and sim cant die from hunger. (I fixed this with moving cowplan to another location)
