[GRO] Friendship bracelets permanently stuck on Sims

The friendship bracelet never wears out and falls off.

Currently I play with aging off so maybe that affects it.

    The friendship bracelet seems to either never break which means it cannot be destroyed and removed or it "falls off" and can be destroyed in the inventory but then even after being destroyed it stays on the wrist visually

    As far as I can tell this issue was introduced in a recent (not the most recent but possibly the one prior) patch
