While playing today my infant got the sit up milestone. However the game would not progress further. This is my first time having the bug since the update and getting new packs. The infant got the sit up milestone approx. 10 times in the span of 2 in game days.

Doesn't matter if skill is maxed or how many times a toddler or infant achieves something, the milestone doesn't trigger.

This bug is still an issue even though moderators have marked several of the complaints as fixed. The workaround that used to exist no longer works. Infant and toddler milestones do not trigger and it is frustrating as it effects the character development.
I have a similar issue, but the milestones are not completing at all. it's been days (sim days i mean) and usually they would already achieve some of them already, but they don't. it seems like the parents are "registering" something is happening, but there is no music, animation and milestone unlocked.
Same issue for me, the baby "glows" and has the action that they are having a milestone, but it doesn't progress after that.

My infants can't achieve any milestones (except lift head milestones) during the tummy time together interaction. Nothing worked when I tried deleting the cache and repairing my game on the EA App desktop. I keep getting the "Reaching A Milestone" popup on the Action List, and no new milestones appear on the notification wall.
I have same problem but with toddlers. I am trying to complete Super Sim Challenge, I have maxed some toddler skills, but no milestone unlock. Both my toddlers started with skills level 2 - with trait "happy infant". Only milestones I could achieve were - Birthday, Learn to walk, Learn to talk, Studied shapes. But nothing more. Even if caretakers were outside of home and toddlers were in daycare, I didn´t get milestone "First time in daycare".
This just started happening to me. No matter how many times I do tummy time with my new infant, or play with toys, or have her look at toys, the closest I get to any milestone happening is the "reaching a milestone" circle appears on the interaction in the queue, but disappears without actually triggering the milestone. At first I wondered if it had anything to do with playing on long lifespan, which I don't normally do, or her being an alien baby, because I wasn't having milestone problems the last time I played with an infant, which was probably about two weeks ago? But it's probably a recent patch problem, right?
Toddler and Child milestones not showing up after completing them. I can fix the toddler ones by rolling back their skills sometimes because when they age up with skills it messes up their milestones lining up with the skills. The Childhood milestones just don't show up and I have no idea how to work around it.
