My sims stop gaining milestones if I leave the lot with one sim. When that sim returns, the only one to gain milestones is the sim I took off the lot. All other household members stop gaining all milestones until I move them out of the lot and move them back in. This happens every single time. I've deleted the game and reloaded it onto the computer twice. I have deleted all mods from the game. Nothing makes a difference.

Yes. I've deleted all save files. It happens with every new save and new sim that I use.
Strange that there haven't been any other reports for this.
Do you need help getting your stuff back ? Although if you deleted instead of moved as instructed, they are not recoverable unless they are still in your trash.
No I don’t need help getting my saves back. I had already troubleshooted as instructed before coming to the forum for help and I didn’t want to keep my saves at that point.
It only happened once as far as I could tell, since I stopped counting the fact that even after the graduation ceremony my sims don't have that milestone. It was a child sim. He learnt how to ride a bike twice without the milestone activating, the third time even the learning choice was gone, he could only ride the bike, which is not surprising if you take into consideration that he had already mastered that skill twice. I just aged him up without that particular milestone. Felt bad though, as if he had missed on an important life experience.
After seeing this it seems like this might be the cause of my infant not getting her milestones? I don't know if it's impacting other sims in the household, as obviously it's far more obvious with infants than older sims. Moving her out and back in temporarily fixes her, but as soon as I leave the lot with anyone, it comes back.
