[GRO] Sims not performing task 'Teach to ride bike'

When I ask my adult sim to teach child to ride they won't do it and when I get my child to ask an adult to teach them how to ride the child will ask, they have a conversation, it effects their relationship and the child's character values but they don't perform the task.

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What's your game version (found in the lower left corner on the main menu)
• Do you have the issue everywhere with all your kids or only in specific (possibly tight) spaces ?

Hi, yes I am, which post was it that you wanted me to put it on?

I wasn't using mods at the time that it was an issue. 

Game version: 1.123.85.1020 DX11

I haven't tried it with other children yet, it happened whether I got them to ask inside the house or out in an open space.

to be sure, they don't have any routing issue speech bubble ?

Would be good if you could test another house/Sim to see if it's the same issue.

This already has a bug report.

EDIT: Also gave this another test and it worked fine for me. 

If you are using mods, make sure to remove them and try on a fresh folder.
