[GRO] Sims will pick treehouse over bed to auto-solve sleep meter

Sims child through adult will use the treehouse as the first option when needing to refill their energy needs, even when assigned to a bed. If the treehouse is not on the lot, they will go to bed to sleep for the night autonomously at night or if you click on the energy bar. The treehouse shows up as the first option many times when clicking the energy bar.
