My Sims built a treehouse (growing together). A Sim with Handiness level 10 installed the slide, bell, and pipe upgrades. Unfortunately, the pipe doesn't appear despite numerous attempts with different Sims. After leaving the plot, I have to reinstall the upgrades because they all disappear. This process takes less time and they reappear after reinstalling. The pipe still won't install. Each time, the "resume pipe installation" action occurs, the Sim completes the action, there's a success animation, and something changes for a second in the house, but the pipe doesn't appear.
