Ground + Activity Glitches

While attempting to play sims 4 today, my sims were unable to go through any gates, a blocked walkway thought cloud coming up every time I tried to make them walk to an area. The ground is also glitching and going from a void to the current landscape and back when turning the camera. And when I go to the world map, there’s a very large square overtop 1/8 of the map that looks to be an extreme close up of my sims hair. Lastly, whenever I try to make them go to a specific spot, it only has the option to build a treehouse and not “go here”

I’ve deleted cache, Repaired the games and add-ons, deleted the mods folder, went to a new lot and came back to my current lot, made all terrain even, set all doors/arches to unlocked, deleted all fences, tried with different sims. Last resort is to delete my saves and begin again
