There is no club perk to boost the nectar-making skill.
This seems like an oversight from The Sims team since there are club perk skill boosts for horse riding and all of the new skills since then, even from Adventure Awaits.
Just want to bring this to the Sims Team’s attention, hopefully they can add it in a future update.
