You are absolutely correct. The Windenburg map is misleading.
You would think that these lots highlighted are beachfront lots, but when you open the actual lots, the lots are in the middle of the neighborhood or vast tracts of land and NOT beside the beach or sea. This is very misleading.

It is in the middle of tracts of land or neighborhood, NOT beside the sea.This is the club, also in the middle of land area, NOT by the sea.This is the residential at the very edge of the the town area. You would think that it is by the sea. But it is beside a canal, that is also beside another neighborhood set-dressing, and NOT by the sea.The Sims 4 game has false advertising even WITHIN the game itself. What absolutely absurd rubbish.
