[GTW] [BH] Fridges Having Power Related Benefits But Don't Actually Use Power

These two display fridges have benefits for meals and fish by reducing the amount of time it takes for them to spoil, however they don't actually require power. 

not an off the grid / no power present on the lot issue - the item is just not configured to use power, despite it providing benefits like a fridge that does require power. 

issue also happens with the 2 display fridges from Businesses and Hobbies
