[GTW] Detective: Suspect missing after issuing APB

After completing the first trial suspect arrest and getting your own new case. No matter what I do or what clues I have every time I issue an APB the suspect is never there. I have waited around, ask...

do you have just no one that fits all the clues or do you get a wrong suspect if you arrest someone ?

What platform are you on ? Mac or PC ?
