[GTW] Doctor: Can't treat patients (Medication)

I have tried everything today after the update. No matter what even with a guaranteed diagnosis my sim will not treat the patient. The command queues and then drops and my sim walks away. 

Could you please provide the following information´ 

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. 

• What scenario are you playing ? Does it happen on a save/household with no scenario ? 

I have been following my Surgeon sim to work and trying to properly diagnose patients to level her up to lvl 10, but every time I reach a diagnosis, even if it’s the only diagnosis option that was available, the game keeps cancelling whatever my treating illness action is. It fixes when I exit and reload the game, but the sims switch symptoms and illnesses once you exit so the sim that I had already diagnosed ends up having another illness and therefore the treating illness is ineffective and I have “not diagnosed and treated the illness properly”. 

I'm experiencing the same problem too, also since the update. Glad it's not just me. 

I’m having this exact issue and wondering if it has something to do with today’s update. I played for a bit this morning with no issue, then updated, and now I can’t treat any illnesses. When I try to treat after diagnosis, the action will queue for a minute and then just disappears. Super frustrating when you need to diagnose AND treat 5 patients to earn a promotion as a surgeon.

I’m having this issue after updating as well. I played this morning before updating with no issue. After updating, I can no longer treat patients and my game has crashed twice while trying to follow my sim to work.

I'm experiencing this too. My sim freezes when she suppose to treat patient. I have to resetsim sometimes it works and then sometimes it doesn't. I play on ps5
