[GTW] Doctor: No pregnant sim spawning

cannot progress in medical career as when it prompts that a pregnant sim has arrived at the hospital the pregnant sim does not show up

    there have been reports for this in the past but since there haven't been reports in a while and this was also fixed in the past, could you please provide the following info

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
