I get sick servos too. I don't know if this is still a think but a year or so ago a servo I played wanted to have a drink at a bar and become another occult as well.
They can get pregnant by alien abduction as well. I have one servo that had several alien kids. I like that they can have kids that way, but also don't like it at the same time since a servo is supposed to be a robot so they should not be able to be pregnant.
It makes it very obvious that they are human sims with a robot overlay when things like these (getting sick etc) happen to them :/
