This is still an issue. If you use that CAS feature to change a sim (any age it seems) to an alien, they won't have the alien options to disguise themselves (or remove the disguise) or alter the disguise (though you can change the disguise in CAS). I'm not sure if they have the other alien options or not (like the memory wipe). I keep forgetting to check that.
While I could use MCCC to alien-ize a sim and have it work properly, sadly the mod changes how they look so I don't really like to use it for that. Besides, a game feature should actually work like it is supposed too.
