This is still an issue. I am playing a sim who was born from an alien and human, she came out green but not an alien, so I changed her to an alien in full edit CAS as an infant. She is stuck in the “alien” form and cannot disguise. She has no alien options when chatting other than “secret handshake”. I also tried to turn her back into a regular sim multiple times and she goes back to an alien!
