Regular game. Mods and CC removed. Retail Bakery.
Noticed this as well. Children buy things from the Lice Cold Freezer, but everyone else just removes items and adds them to their inventories.
Some Sims take multiple items. When I checked my played households, they did have the "stolen" food items in their inventories.
I really hope that this gets fixed. Retail food is unplayable right now as the fridge is an essential gameplay element of the pack
