In the EA expansion pack, Get To Work, With store open and customers ready to buy, there is no way to view customer interest, sale progress or process a sale.

My scenario is that my SIM is in Strangerville and has defeated The Mother.
My Sim and her Partner are gardeners and spell casters that decide to open an apothecary shop with goods they
either made or grew
My SIM created the shop from a house that was converted to Retail after setting up the floor plan, adding and
arranging the desired furniture, and installing a cash register in the property (the only requirement for this
business).
Several of the expected tasks did not appear when starting the business. But this was different from all scenarios in
videos and help, so I don't know what is missing.
My SIM is registered with the ministry. The description appears in the company screen.
And she apparently paid the 750 simoleons to get the business started.
Figure 1 shows the information available from the "Owned Business" Frame
Figure 2 shows the information about the SIM that created the business.
It took some time to get the cash register into the shop because many of the selected checkout counters were not acceptable to the cash register.
After the Retail space was generated, the retail shelves were stocked with various items and prepared to open as a sole proprietorship.
When the retail store opened , the customers started coming in.
They looked around and appeared to be excited about my wares.
However, while the Notification wall says that customers are ready to pay, there is no bar above their heads to register that fact.
This is shown in Figure 3.
So far, I have not made a single sale because I cannot find a way to check the customers out.
