i was told to repost this as one issue. my sims retail store customer interactions are odd. I’ll “close the deal” and go to check them out but before i can they have a thought bubble of leaving and leave the store even though i got to them before the time limit. the queue for actions for my sim keeps deleting itself- like ill queue “answer questions,” “close the deal,” and stuff then it’ll let me do the first one or two actions then it’ll erase them all and i lose the ability to “close the deal” with the customer and have to start over with them.
i do not use mods

There's currently a lot of issues with retails so it's possibly the same even if your symptoms are a bit different.
