[GTW] Speck / Spot / Fragment Above Alien Child's Head

I can confirm I have this in my game. It appears to be a single, isolated face of geometry. I was never able to identify what specifically it belongs to but I can confirm that it only happens to alien children. It goes away when they are in their human disguise.

This is an issue if Children aliens are in a club gathering. My picture highlights the speck issue. It is very annoying and I would very much like it fixed, thank you!
