[HCHSP] Sims autonomously eat prepped ingredients

I mean... maybe it's not raw, maybe part of prepping it was cooking it?
But yeah, it's annoying that sims will grab prepped ingredients autonomously, especially if a real meal was available. Bug report is here: https://forums.ea.com/idea/the-sims-4-bug-reports-en/hchsp-sims-autonomously-eat-prepped-ingredients/12121699
