Hi! Reposting to this forum! Need help w online issues!

Everything I try to do the game tells me to go online. My Xbox is connected to the internet I can play other games online, my Xbox live is current, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Any possible thing I can troubleshoot I have. I’ve restarted the console and game several times.

Im not sure what to do! Any ideas?
