Hired roles don't show up

Gave this a test and had one show up without issues (residential lot)

did you test multiple saves ?

That is very strange - I tested with multiple lots without any mods and no tattoo artist shows up. I play on PC. Even tried a brand new save. Nothing.

Ok I dug up a very old save file from an online backup - tattoo artist showed up there. Also made another new save - weirdly tattoo artist showed, but not the previous brand new game. Clearly sometimes it works, sometimes not.  I've edited the main description.

Maybe just the general issue of roles not showing up that's been going on for a while. Using this thread as new thread for that issue.

Could you test the saves that are buggy if other roles such as mixologist and caterer show up ?

The same issue is happening to me. 

Every time I do a social event I hire a caterer, entertainer, or mixologist for a social event they never show up. I even tried starting a new save and it didn't work.

No error codes

No mods or cc

New console
