I have had this happen since I believe February but it's gotten worse with more recent patches. My sims were unable to enter the house. Sim's husband (who lives there with her) was marked as a neighbor. And now, without being marked as neighbors, they are suddenly unable to enter their own houses randomly. It's happening SO OFTEN for me right now.

I have a suspicion it could be related to this bug, where NPCs invade our homes.
