Houses/Lots Disappear

Hi. First time posting here so not sure how it works.

Since around the time of the Blast from the Past event and the burglar update I've had a bunch of issues with Willow Creek. Specifically with every lot I place being automatically deleted once I exit the game and reenter. It still shows the lot on the world map screen but when you enter the lot to build or play with a household it's completely empty. You can also see that the price of the lot has been reverted back to if it were empty. All other worlds seem to be ok except for Oasis Springs but it looks like it's only deleted one lot.

I've tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling the game and add-ons as well as moving everything to external storage, which has plenty of space, and nothing is working. Really not sure what to do about this and am avoiding playing the game entirely to prevent it from spreading to other worlds.

For reference I've included 2 pictures of the world map and also the Pancakes' lot. I just replaced and refurnished their house this morning as I was trying to play with them and closed my game. Came back a few hours later and it's now completely gone again.
