Issue
The save game starts to disintegrate itself. Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots.
This issue has been around since the very beginning so it’s not tie...

This has happened to me too for the first time.
I spent 2 hours building a new lot on the "Casita Del Amor plot in Ciudad Enamorada. I shut the game down for a while before returning to finish the build. The lot I built is showing when I load the map view of the world but when I click on the lot and enter in build mode the lot reverts back to the default build that released with the game. This is a new save which i've only used for building, not gameplay.
I have tried the following without success:
- Recovering the save to an earlier version
- Removing all mods & repairing the game
- Clearing cache and restarting the game
- "Saving as" to create a new save
- Entering the lot in live mode in both the old and new saves
