When the game first launched, I didn't have this issue, but just recently, I noticed that a judge wouldn't show up at the event anymore. Sometimes, there will be a teacher but not a judge.

The Science Fair Judge shows up when expected and stays for the duration of the Science Fair event.
Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
The patch notes only mentions science fair so I'm unsure if other fair is also covered.
Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing issues
