I have applied the latest update for the PC version (1.114.46.1030), but when I go to school on a day when a holiday is set, the high school tasks do not appear. Only the holiday tasks appear.

I too am having this issue. When my sim travels to the high school no tasks pop up at all but the holidays are still showing. Sometimes the other students/teachers will show up and sometimes no one will show up at all.
My mods and CC have all been removed from the game to test as well and still no luck.
