I have applied the latest update for the PC version (1.114.46.1030), but when I go to school on a day when a holiday is set, the high school tasks do not appear. Only the holiday tasks appear.

This is very strange. Using the holiday UI can't be an accident, it requires specific changes that you could never possibly do by mistake. I wonder if they fixed it *and* had a UI update planned but accidentally pushed the UI update before it was ready or something.
Or maybe having the holiday UI was the only way to have goals for multiple people in the family. But in that case, it's still...very very weird that the UI is missing information and outright doesnt work with holidays!

If this was the case, it was a poor choice. The previous UI worked fine as it was.
well, no, it didnt. hence the fix being required to make things work for multiple sims at once- something holidays support.
from what I understand the old UI broke when they set a flag in the high school situations differently and I am not sure why they would do that or not simply undo it, but there was indeed a fix needed because the previous UI explicitly was not working.
