I can't drag the direction free-ly

i cant drag the directions free-ly, its only left & right. I cant do circle directions. Please help

    Are you using mods or CC?

    Do you mean panning around? Which camera mode are you using ?

    Try switching from Sims 3 camera to Sims 4 camera with the camera symbol (top right on your screen)
