After the patch I've not been able to pay the bills ingame. I've tried all 3 ways. I don't have any mods or cc content. Please help!

same here - I get messages that I must pay bill now, and when I try I get messages saying bills aren't due yet.
I am having the same issue and I dont have any mods or CC either.
I am also having this issue. No mods or cc. I own all the packs but this just started happening today. Can not pay bills.

This issue has been fixed in a previous patch.
