[DU] [NKSP] Xtreme Knitting course offered without Nifty Knitting

I've just moved Rory Oaklow into my household and upon checking her skills she had knitting. Hovering over the skill told me to grab the yarn basket, there was not one in the build buy menu. When I looked it up it said it was from the Nify Knitting stuff pack which I do not own. Yet she has the skill and can take coarses at the university. I have no mods or cc and my game was just updated

    Hi Ispeekrandom​ 

    since she was an NPC, it's a bit hard to tell why she has the skill.

    The course is a known issue. Using this as new thread for that issue. I think there's also some other instances where it shows up where it shouldn't but I couldn't find one for a Sim having the skill without the pack.
