I have a mermaid and when he swims his tail is invisible. And and one point he started swimming through the ground. He could not interact with any of the objects but would just swim through everythin...

No, I don’t use any mods/cc. It might have something to do with there being two mermaids in the household? They have different color tails and I can see hers fine but his has disappeared. And I think he started swimming through the ground because I placed a canoe on the lot. Then he would try to use it. He would jump in it then jump out and it’s like he’s in the water. And he stayed stuck down there until I take him all the way out to the ocean and then back to the shore.
I’ll provide more info on how this happened to me. If it’s of interest.
His tail didn’t disappear until I got another mermaid in the household. He was in a single household then he married a mermaid and I added her to the household. I went to cas and edited her tail. Then his tail disappeared.
Now for swimming in the ground. I placed a canoe above ground. No cheats to do it. It allows you to place the canoe above ground and it puts it on a stand. After traveling somewhere then coming back to my home lot, I clicked on a fishing sign for him to fish. He then walked over to the above ground canoe for some reason and jumped in. The water splash animation was around the canoe even though it was on land. He fell through the canoe and you can see him sitting down underneath the canoe. Then he jumped out as if he was in the water. He swam around on the land until I took him out to sea and then back to the shore.
I have never used mods/cc. The bug doesn’t stop me from playing a game just annoying. I removed the above ground canoe and he has not fallen back into the ground. But his tail is still missing.
