[IL] Played Household is Fined 500 When Confronting Litterer

My Sim enacted the Littering Fines global policy. After confronting another Sim who was littering, the Sim was fined 500 but the money was removed from my Sim's household funds.

I'm having the exact same issue.
My conservationist sim accused an NPC of littering, and 500 simoleons were subtracted from the played sim household funds.
