The impossibly high rent glitch, reported HERE two years ago, has still not been patched. It seems like a rarer glitch as there is not much information on it online. I've tried various methods that others have suggested, such as changing the units or changing the lot type around or resetting the rent through the landlord's owned businesses menu. I've also cleared out my saved data, my tray, and my mod folder with no luck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything, no luck. Nothing stops this bug from appearing in my game, and there is no specific trigger as it will randomly pop up even when simply loading a save without touching any lots.
It would be great to see a patch for this glitch soon, For Rent deserves some significant attention.
