So recently I've notice something when ever I play as a household and get a milestone for a infant it goes away if I play as a different household (this does NOT remove the milestone from the family with the infant.) I've done this without all my mods and it still happens so I did some experimenting with mccc and I've found out that the game removes the milestone if you play as a different household you can also add the milestone back... but it not permanent if you go to the same lot with the infant its milestone will still be gone and you have to add it back again.
