Infants/Toddler spawning outside of home after loading back in (Patch 1.119.109)

Happens to me when everyone travels outside the home except the infant who goes to daycare or who is watched by the nanny.  They are not cared for properly while away, and they end up outside on the sidewalk when the family returns.  Recently, all the family went to a family reunion at a restaurant and the baby came unannounced and was laying outside the restaurant in the street and the parent's could not pick it up.  I have never used mods and am updated to the most recent patch. 

I had just aged up a newborn to infant and went to CAS through the Simology panel to remove eyeglasses he was wearing, and when I exited CAS he was lying outside on the sidewalk in front of my sims' residence, Sequoia Cottage.

Awww. Infant 1 unlocking milestones out on the road!!!  What a saga. 

I found a similar topic in the closed threads, but I'm posting it again in case anyone else has encountered this. I've encountered it twice today.

My case: A family lives on a rental lot in Tomarang. The active Sim returned from another lot, and the infant ended up on the opposite side of the map.

I play on PC (Steam/EA App). I have two mods installed (a name library replacement and additional club icons), so I don't think they are the cause.

This happened to me today, on the save I've sent you (just a later version). One of the sims froze, and didn't not even have the menu to "shift-click" on, so I went worlds and back in, and the infant was across the street.

Ah interesting. I had an issue when I left on a child getaway and the parents were home with the infant (or may have been toddler).

I noticed the infant going in the red for its stats, so when I was forced to switch back to the family to see why it wasn't being cared for-- I found that the infant was on the other side of the neighborhood! I had to instruct the parent at home to RUN across the map to pick up the baby and bring it home... 

Switched back to the infant triplet household and the parents finally looked after the infants. The mother could not find infant one, but eventually the butler found her. All three infants are placed in cribs

Switched control to a different sim family. Infant one is missing and mother takes an infant out out of the crib to feed her. 

Switched back to the triplet infant's home.  Infant two was being fed by her mother, is no longer being fed but is now under the bed extremely hungry. Infants one and three are lost in the world.

I like to play generations. This bug makes it extremely difficult to play the game. With the infants lost in the world their needs deteriorate. Leaving the lot and returning or switching households results in locating the infants and trying to increase their needs.
