Adult sim picked up infant sim bottled fed him next queued action was to place on mat and work on tummy time but both sims are stuck together. went to main menu twice and restarted the game one and still like this …..Please Help!!!!!

LoveBear9384 Have you tried going into build mode and placing furniture on top of them to force them to reset?
(you could also reset with cheats, but I know that disables trophies on console)
Community ManagerCommunity ManagerI have been running into a new bug where my sims keeps holding infant and toddler sims whilst doing activities like going in the bathtub together and going dumpster diving. I don’t have any mods and it is a new save.
Sim wont hold infant, infant looks like she is holding onto my sims arm.

When travelling with toddlers, this is how my sims will load every single time:
In this particular household I have two adults, two kids, two toddlers. When they all travel together the parents will both be 'holding' a toddler each without actually holding them. If I then tell them to 'put toddler down here' somewhere, it will glitch out and they usually just stand there and do nothing with the toddler clinging onto them as above. Their action queue shows they are 'holding' the toddler and the only way for me to stop it is to cancel their queue so that the toddler ends up on the pavement near them.
Playing on PC, Windows 11, all packs installed, patched up to date, no mods or cc used.
"carrying" the infant by dragging across the floor
Went to put the infant down after a bath and it glitched making her stick to the character. There was no way to fix it other than to reload and loose the prior progress. Shortly after the child glitched again causing me to not be able to change her or feed her making it where she was almost taken away.
LadyNova6 Have you tried going into build mode and placing furniture on top of them to force them to reset? The original poster never reported back, but if that works at least you don't need to lose progress.
