Infant/Toddlers loose interactions after Daycare (Nanny/Daycare choice dialog)

I have had this issue for a while and it mainly occurs when my sim returns from work. I click the baby for him to interact with her and the only options are “more choices.” This happened with his new baby and one that has already moved out, it is exclusive to the infant and, less often, the child phase. It is getting frustrating having to save and reload the game every single time this happens! Please fix this
