Items are disappearing and household transfers are still not working properly

Sul Sul sim crew, 

Has anyone ran into the issue while editing your household and then trying to add the items you want and then they disappear? I try to add items however when I move the item in a place I want to add them they just disappear. And I noticed it not all items its just random items. BTW I do not use any MODs and my computer is capable of handling high graphics and storage...so I'm not sure what's going on. Im just wondering if any has ran into this same issue?


Also, transferring household is glitching even when exiting out of the household and doing a "manual" transfer. The manual transfer is glitching and add sims I did not choose to be transferred and takes a while to process. The process time is similar to the cooking experience ya know when you task your sim to cook a meal and you click of the fridge and you wait like 10 sec for it to load the menu. BTW I never had an issue where I had to do manual "household split" I always had the convenience doing it while playing the household. 

This issue is even worst when the sim I'm playing ask to move in with each other and it also happens when you use your phone or computer it simply just will not work and forces me to exit the game because the household split screen is stuck. However I did notice if an other sims asks to move it I am able to transfer but it's not so smoothly. I have to move the sims over into that household then add 1 simoleon and then transfer the sim back to the original household and transfer them back to the new household and the check button will appear and allow the transfers. And this only happens if the other sims ask the sim I'm playing to move in.
