In the game you can get job performance losses from Call in Fake Sick to Work interaction (EP01) and Irresponsible Trait chance cards (GP05), but looking into tuning, the Loot code only lists careers...

Wanted to add that I've noticed this loot is also used for scandal consequences, so it's even more important this gets fixed :/
